When business innovation starts with investment in automated solutions for production handling: 
“Motions” to increase productivity corporate.
 
Project description:
The project involved participation in the main international trade fairs in the reference sector: FRUIT LOGISTICA in Berlin (Germany) and MECSPE 2023 in Bologna (Italy).
Alutec's active involvement in these events was the driving force behind starting a common Brand Identity path for all Alutec B.U.s, through an operational marketing plan focused on Brand visibility. 

 

 
Results and objectives:
The primary objective is to increase international trade and the increase in the share of exports to target countries and the search for new innovative solutions on the reference market by achieving the following results: 
- Strengthening competitiveness and attractiveness towards target markets by consolidating and increasing its visibility at national and international level and strengthening commercial relations; 
- Development of relationships with new commercial partners as exhibitors and operators from the main international markets participate in these trade fair events every year; 
- Presentation of new products of the catalog and new commercial proposals; 
- Increase in its market share both in Italy and abroad, necessary for business growth and for the sustainability of its business in the medium and long term.
