Based in Reggio Emilia, Alutec is a leading Italian company specializing in aluminum processing and the development of custom industrial automation solutions. Founded in 1993 by Giancarlo Maioli as a small family-run business, it is now led by his daughter Francesca and son-in-law Andrea Prati, continuing to grow with the same passion and dedication that have defined its history.

Alutec opens its new 4,000 square metre headquarters in Reggio Emilia. 100,000 kg of aluminium profile sold per month, 60 employees, this is Alutec.

Francesca Maioli became Managing Director of Alutec, taking over the majority of the company shares after the donation by the current Chairman, Giancarlo Maioli.
